I've read the threads about the double boiler working on pots that aren't PC, but I have a customer that wants to know what the diameter is (to make sure that her pots will work). Can anyone who has this help me out? The Use & Care guides don't include this info... THANKS!

Good Morning! I had a show last night and have two "tentative" shows for the summer. The women wanted to know if PC was going to have their hostess promotion where they get double the amount of free stuff in July like they did last year. Any ideas if this is going to happen? Thanks so much!

I have a customer who says her double boiler doesn't work with any of her pans/pots she has. It doesn't HAVE to be a PC pot/pan does it? I sent her the use and care and told her the size of pans it should fit. Hoping that helps but thought I'd ask on here.
