I have a customer that bought a large bar pan. It broke a chunk off of one of the sides. Not sure how?? I did a return adjustment on Consultant Corner. It said I had to print out the request and send it back to them with the product.
My question is do I pay for the return shipping or does the customer pay for that? Has any one done a return? and how do you properly take care of the situation?
