If you are not receiving any emails from our website, please check your spam or junk folder in case the emails were filtered there. You can also add our email address to your contacts or safe senders list to ensure our emails are not blocked.
To change your email address, simply log into your account on our website and go to the "My Account" section. From there, you can update your email address under the "Personal Information" tab.
If you are receiving multiple copies of the same email, it could be due to a technical issue. Please contact our customer service team for assistance and we will make sure the issue is resolved.
If you have accidentally deleted an important email from us, please check your trash or deleted items folder. If the email is not there, you can contact our customer service team and we will resend the email to you.
To unsubscribe from our emails, simply click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails. You can also log into your account on our website and update your email preferences under the "My Account" section.
