Why am I not receiving commission for my customers' online orders?

I have a question. I have 2 customers that call me to place their on line orders for them. I have them added as addresses on my site. Their orders have both shipped but I am not getting commission for them. All other orders that have shipped I am showing on my commission. Does anyone know why this is happening?

It is possible that the orders were placed using a coupon code or a discount code which would void any commission you would have received. It is also possible that the orders were placed outside of the normal payment window and therefore no commission was paid out.
