To access previously downloaded files, go to the "My Account" section on our website. Under the "My Downloads" tab, you will find a list of all the files you have previously downloaded. You can click on the file name to download it again.
If you are having trouble opening a file, make sure you have the correct software or application installed on your device. For example, if you are trying to open a PDF file, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
