Refunds for the National Conference will be processed within 30 days after the event has ended.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be issued back to your credit card. If you paid with a check or cash, a check will be mailed to the address on file.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled National Conference, you will still receive a full refund for the event.
