Tonight for dinner I am making grilled salmon or grilled filet on the bbq...along with a big, fresh salad, and some wild rice.....maybe fruit salad for dessert...or just a large plate of strawberries!!!

DH has to work for an Open House at his work this afternoon/evening, so DS & I will probably eat leftovers or sandwiches & soup...something simple.
