Sunday is traditionally Soup day here - I'll have to make that this weekend...haven't had it in a while, but we love it!

Yesterday I ended up doing a Root Beer Crockpot Roast with red potatoes, carrots and mushrooms, and steamed green beans on the side.

Today, maybe I'll actually get that broccoli casserole made. I've been wanting to try this new, gluten-free recipe all week, and I have yet to make it. I think today is the day, with the BBQ'd baked pork chops.
 
My mother in law is making gnocchis for us today. (in a spaghetti sauce). We'll have sausage, meatballs, garlic bread and salad to go with it. Yummy!
