What's Causing My Failed Submissions on Tonight's Shows?

I have tried submitting 2 shows tonight and when I submit they both say failed so what the heck is going on. This has never happened before. Any ideas????

We recommend submitting your show at least 3 days before the scheduled date to ensure all the necessary information is processed in time. However, you can submit a show up to 24 hours after it has taken place.

5. What should I do if I accidentally submit the wrong show?

If you accidentally submit the wrong show, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. They will be able to assist you in correcting the error and submitting the correct show information.
