What Should I Do About Only Receiving 25 Catalogs for 4 Upcoming Parties?

They only sent me 25 catalogs for f/w 4 of my parties are in the Feb. and im not real sure what to do. Do I just tell the guests that I need the catalogs back or should I call HO. Not sure what to do. TIA

Talk to your director and see if she has extras to tide you over instead of ordering more fall ones instead of summer ones. She may be able to get ones from the cluster at a discount for you.

thanks i will do that they sent me enough s/s and I ordered the package for new consultants and was hoping not to order more
 
Or you can jus tell the guests that you are starting out and don't have your full supply yet and to please return the catalogs to help you out. Tell them that if they really want a catalog to hang on to that you will give them a SS one to replace this one.
