Fellow Cheffers, I am trying to formulate a plan on what I should do for my downline. I know some directors give ribbons which can be redeemed for cash at conference time. I know some receive starbucks cards or blockbuster for doing 4 shows in a month.
I just would like to know different ideas on what you do for your downline, or what you recieve from your upline. All ideas welcomed, from my director I recieve postcards, stickers, biz materials (paper clips, rubber bands, not pads, ect.), Check book cover, catalog bag. However I don't know when I will receive something. I think she is still trying to figuer out what she wants to do since I am her first top performer.
I listened to Tom's new directors tele class, and he does something with piggy banks. TIA
