Western PA Hospitality for Oklahoma FD's New Consultant in Grove City

I am a FD in Oklahoma with a new consultant 'back home' in Pennsylvania, specifically Grove City. My director tried to find hospitality for my new consultant, but the person HO gave her hasn't responded to her e-mail. My new consultant is really anxious to get to a cluster meeting, and would probably be fine with heading toward Pittsburgh or Erie to attend one, if that helps. Please let me know if you can help.
