Hi guys I have a potential recruit who would be a catalog consultant. She wants to "see" our presentation, any sugestions on how to do an interview virtualy?

The "Come Join Us" booklet is available as a PDF version through CC. Email that to your recruit, and then go through it as you would at a face-to-face interview. There are some classes and audios on how to do that in the Training Center.

Hi there! Virtual interviews have become increasingly common in today's digital age, so don't worry - there are plenty of options available to showcase your presentation to your potential recruit. Here are a few suggestions:1. Video conferencing: One of the most popular ways to conduct virtual interviews is through video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet. These allow for real-time communication and screen sharing, so you can walk your potential recruit through your presentation just as you would in person.2. Pre-recorded presentation: If you're worried about any technical difficulties during a live video call, you can also pre-record your presentation and send it to your potential recruit to watch at their convenience. This also gives them the opportunity to pause and take notes or ask questions as they go along.3. Online presentation tools: There are many online tools available that allow you to create interactive presentations and share them with others. Some popular options include Prezi, Canva, and Google Slides. These tools often have features such as animations, videos, and interactive elements that can make your presentation more engaging.4. Virtual tour: Depending on the nature of your business, you could also consider giving your potential recruit a virtual tour of your products or services. This could be done through a pre-recorded video or a live video call where you can showcase your offerings and answer any questions they may have.Remember to always test your technology beforehand to ensure a smooth and professional virtual interview experience. Good luck!
