The VIP Replacement policy allows customers to replace any clothing item they purchased through Pampered Chef's VIP program within 90 days of purchase if it does not meet their expectations in terms of fit, quality, or style.
To request a VIP Replacement, you can contact your Pampered Chef consultant or reach out to our customer service team via phone or email. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return label to send back the item.
All clothing items purchased through the VIP program are eligible for replacement. This includes tops, bottoms, and accessories such as scarves and jewelry.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the replacement within 5-7 business days and ship it out to you. The shipping time will depend on your location, but you can expect to receive your replacement within 2-3 weeks.
If the requested size or color is available, we will be happy to exchange it for you. However, if the item is out of stock, we will provide you with a refund or store credit for the amount paid.
