Here is my question!
I got a call from HO yesterday that a customer had ordered an item that is no longer available. (Don't know how I missed that, but I did!) Cancelling the order will effect the host benefits. Can I cancel that order, but add an order under another guest's name? I have to resolve it by noon today, and there is no way that I can reach the guest before that time.
What would you do?
