Is your training meeting getting boring and stale, is your team members yawning and glancing at the clock.
Even as part of a team, the home party plan business often seems like a solo enterprise. :sing: To get members thinking like a team, try the “puzzle theme” at your next meeting.
Initially, it will be a competition, but the ultimate objective is to have the members realize that the fastest way to put the puzzles together is to have all four groups work together. This is a great theme for a training session that shows the value of teamwork and generating friendships. Try it at your next meeting!

- Bring two or four boxes of the same puzzle - depends on the amount of members on your team.
- Mix up the puzzle pieces - put some from one box into a different box and so on.
- Separate your team into two or four smaller teams
- Instruct each group to put together the puzzle as fast as possible - the first team to do so will be the winner.
