I did an individual order for a customer April 30, I just checked the tracking and they have the order going to her old address. I checked PP and I did put in the new address and it went through as the new address.:( Has anybody ever had this happen before? What did you do?
 
Double, triple check your PP to make sure it is the correct address. Do you have her old address in contact information and put the new address as a "ship to" address?Otherwise, call HO.
 
You will need to contact Fedex. I have done this before when we were with UPS and they were always able to correct it for me. It does slow down the delivery by a day or two. I would call HO and ask them show you need to contact.
