Troubleshooting: Clients Unable to View Email Pictures from Your Website

In summary, there could be several reasons why your clients are unable to view pictures in the emails from your website, such as email settings, internet connectivity, or browser compatibility. To fix this issue, you can troubleshoot by checking if the images are loading properly on your end, and then suggest your clients to check their settings and try a different browser. To prevent this issue in the future, make sure to optimize and provide alternative text for images. It's also important to test your emails on different email clients to ensure proper display. While you can send images as attachments, it's recommended to properly embed them in the email to avoid potential issues.

Has anyone had this problem, were your clients can't see the pics of the email you send out from your website. If so, what do I tell them to do. They get the email but can't seem to be able to see the pictures on them. Please help me. I sent an email to customer services and they never replied to me yet and it's been almost 2 weeks.

Thank you.

You customers might have pics blocked in the incoming email. Many email programs will not download pics automatically, unless the sender is on an approved list. Have your customers check for something that says "Always download images from Tina" in the bar just above the email.

Are they online while reading their email? Sometimes the pics are hotlinks and if they're not online they can't see them.

my email settings don't allow the pictures to automatically download (I can adjust it)- or I click on a "Download Pictures" at the top of the email and it fills it all in.It could also be a really cheap/crappy email program she's using. :)

She probably has her email set to "Text Only" rather than "view as HTML."
