I've emailed about two adjustments this week (need exchanges) and have not received a response. Anyone else not hearing back from the Solution Center in a timely manner? This is frustrating!
 
I've never e-mailed about one... I've either done it through the Product Adjustment page on CC or over the phone. But I'm probably the last one to ask about adjustments this week! ;)
 
I haven't had any that I had to email. I only email when it is something I can't do online. But I know the last ones I did email took a week to get a response. Which was frustrating for me.
