Okay here is my problem. I had a host who had two people book off of him. He got a ton of stones. LOL I did not realize that I ordered the Baker twice for him. :( Can I exchange it for the other stone he wanted and still get it at the 60% is that not possible now?
 
NM, if you are lucky enough to get a nice customer service rep, it might be. But very doubtful.
 
I seem to remember hearing someone else on here say that they did this and didn't have a problem, but I could be wrong. All I can suggest is waiting until monday and calling HO.

Well we can still return it and use the money towards the stone he wants. I can't believe I screwed up. SIGH.
 
Try calling HO Monday, you'll never know until you call.:)
 
I had a host exchange some things she got on her host order. It wasn't the monthly special, though.

Just call and ask and keeping asking until you get the answer you want.
