ok... talk about strange... my hostess was missing an item.. so i went to the pc website and tried to submit a missing product and it told me that my show # did not exist... i tried to pull it up by hostess name and her name was not there... so i just emailed directly and advised of the situation and that my hostess was missing a mix n chop, gave them the item number hostess name and address... i got an email back stating that show did not have any mix n chops ordered on ... in fact I had 3 of them ordered on it... so i emailed them back gave the show number again and the guests names that ordered it on my hostess show.... i then get another email back stating that they will be sending out the missing MIX N MASH .... i emailed back again stating it is not the MIX N MASH but the MIX N CHOP... i even checked my order to make sure that the item numbers were acurate.... and they are... I have not gotten a reply yet... but my hostess item has still not been delivered... acckkk :yuck:
