Stoneware Fundraiser: Support Our High School Dance Team in November!

In summary, the conversation discusses a potential fundraiser for a high school dance team in November, taking advantage of a stoneware sale and the upcoming holiday season. Suggestions for making the fundraiser successful include offering special discounts, having a cooking demonstration, and promoting the event through various channels. The group also plans to update outdated material and use pictures of stoneware for the fundraiser. Overall, they are excited and grateful for the opportunity.

Have any of you thought of something like this? I was approached by our highschools dance team coach (YAY!) and they are interested in a f/r in November - which is perfect due to stoneware being on sale - and right before the holidays. Any ideas on how to make this really good other than just doing it? Its a great idea and the timing is perfect!

i got all this from another consultant years ago so it's way outdated but it's a good starting point for...you can update this stuff and go from there...

Carolyn - thank you!!! I am going to print the form out which is the easiest way for me to make my changes and then re-do this. It looks like to me there was one sheet per student - with pictures of the stoneware on the back? The pictures will need re-doing as well buts that okay - it will give me a project for this week.

Wow, that's GREAT Thanks Carolyn for sharing!

Hi there! That's so exciting that your high school's dance team coach is interested in a fundraiser with us! November is a great time to take advantage of our stoneware sale and it's also right before the holidays, so it's a win-win situation. As for making the fundraiser even better, I have a few ideas. First, you could offer a special discount or promotion for anyone who attends the fundraiser. This could be a percentage off their total purchase or a free gift with purchase. You could also consider having a raffle or door prizes to add some excitement and incentive for attendees to make a purchase. Another idea is to have a cooking demonstration using our stoneware products, which can show potential customers how versatile and useful they are. And of course, don't forget to spread the word and promote the fundraiser through social media, flyers, and word of mouth. Good luck with your fundraiser and let me know if you need any further assistance!

What is the Stoneware Fundraiser?

The Stoneware Fundraiser is a program offered by Pampered Chef where organizations can sell high-quality stoneware products to raise funds for their cause.

How does the Stoneware Fundraiser work?

The organization first signs up for the fundraiser and receives a catalog of stoneware products to sell. They then promote the products to their supporters and collect orders and payments. Pampered Chef will then ship the products directly to the supporters, and the organization will receive a portion of the sales as their fundraiser proceeds.

What types of stoneware products are available for the fundraiser?

There is a wide variety of stoneware products available for the fundraiser, including baking dishes, pizza stones, and cookware sets. These products are made from durable, heat-resistant stoneware that can be used in the oven, microwave, and even on the grill.

How much can an organization earn through the Stoneware Fundraiser?

The amount an organization can earn through the fundraiser depends on the total sales generated. Typically, organizations can earn between 15-20% of the total sales. The more products sold, the higher the percentage of earnings.

Are there any upfront costs or fees for the fundraiser?

No, there are no upfront costs or fees for participating in the Stoneware Fundraiser. The organization only needs to promote and sell the products, and Pampered Chef will handle the rest, including shipping and handling fees.
