Shrinking an Adobe File for a Mini Catalog: Tips and Tricks

In summary, shrinking an Adobe file refers to the process of reducing the file size of a PDF document in order to make it easier to share, upload, or store. This can be done through various methods, such as using Adobe Acrobat's "Reduce File Size" feature, third-party compression tools, or manual optimization. While there may be some slight loss of quality, it is generally not significant. However, there are limitations to consider, such as the potential for sensitive information to be compromised and certain elements not being supported by compression methods. It is important to preview the file after shrinking to ensure all necessary elements are still intact.

I want to shrink the June guest special into the size of mini catalog. Does anyone know how to do this? If you have one made up...please share?! Thank you in advance!

Only thing I could think of is changing you settings when printing it. I usually resize in Photoshop, but not to many people have it

Oh, thank you so much for your help, everyone!! I tried again last night to change it, but with no luck!

Just looked and I see a fabulous mini cat. insert for the Cool & Serve but was looking for one with June guest specials. My brain is not engaged yet so that may be the largest problem!!!

My file converts to a Chinese version from the PC website so that does not help. I went directly to my Adobe 9 desktop and was able to save the file as a clip board item and past it on a word program. I can get one on each side of the paper so I am good to go. Now it won't let me upload the file...grrr...got to get going for now. If anyone else wants this, just PM me and I will get your e-mail and send it that way!
