I was asked to donate some small things to a local school to teacher appreciation week so I was going to do gift certificates and put a bunch of recipes together. anyone have any idea?

quick recipes are good... as many of us teacher are tired late at night. and things that can have leftovers for the next day's lunch are good too. - Turkey Tetrazinni - I can never spell that right!
- Ham and Cheese Calzone
- Cornbread Chilli Thing in the DCB
-15 minute Fajitas
- some sort of chocoalte trifle is good too... they can make it and share it with their co-workers on a Friday after a long week. :)
