Should You Oil a Seasoned Bar Pan Before Baking Brownies?

If I'm making the Warm Nutty Caramel Brownies in my host's very seasoned bar pan, should I still brush oil on it first?

the test kitchens say it's just for "extra insurance" since there is sooooo much chocolate and the choc wants to stick sometimes. You would probably be fine if you want to skip the oil, though, if it's a very seasoned stone.
