Each year our team does a regional kick off in January and in August. To kick off the next selling season. In January we also do year end recognition.
We used to do workshops and such. This year we want to do something different. So I'm looking to you guys for some ideas.

This is done with a team of 9 directors. So it usually is a good size turnout.
