Anyone know how to redeem a gift certificate online? A customer of mine realized that hers expires on Saturday, so she's afraid the mail won't make it in time, but she can't figure out how to redeem it online.

Anyone done this before?
 
Yep - just had this last week. On the main Pampered Chef website (she can't use yours), go to Products, etc. drop-down. When it has the drop-down, select Gift Certificates. It will then pop another drop-down to the right. That's where you Redeem Gift Certificates. :)

BTW, do you think they really won't honor gc's after they've expired?
 
In some states, GCs are not allowed to expire.
