Quick & Easy Recipes for a Hair Salon Show: Suggestions Needed!

I am doing a show for the lady the cuts my hair, and it's actually at her salon (she's the owner). I know that sounds gross, but there is a large area in front of the salon that is away from the "hair stuff" lol. There will also be a Miche bag lady there, so I will not have the floor to myself. The owner definitely wants a demo, and I need help choosing a recipe. I think I am going to do the Molten Chocolate Lava Cake in the DCB, but I would like to do something else that is super quick and easy. Any ideas? I'll have a microwave and that's it. The Pineapple Salsa is also quick and easy, and no-cook. Just serve with tortilla chips.

The pork tenderloin is an awesome recipe...12 minutes in the micro and you can use just about any of our rubs. You can do a jamaican jerk tenderloin with pineapple or nectarine salsa. Or Mini BBQ sandwiches.
