A product adjustment is a process in which a consultant can request a replacement or exchange for a damaged or defective product. It is necessary to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our products and to maintain our reputation for excellence.
You are eligible for a product adjustment if the product you received is damaged, defective, or missing parts. Please note that product adjustments cannot be made for normal wear and tear or for products that have been used for a prolonged period of time.
To initiate a product adjustment, please contact your consultant or our customer service team. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number if necessary.
In most cases, we will offer a replacement for the damaged or defective product. However, if the product is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer a refund as an alternative. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
The product adjustment process typically takes 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the returned product. This allows us to thoroughly inspect the product and determine the best course of action. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
