I know this may be a stupid question but if I need to do a product adjustment from 2 yrs ago can I do it online? I have always called but sometimes I hate waiting for the call back or sitting on hold.

You should be able to, as long as you know the show number and it is for a products that is still covered and didn't function as it should have.

you can do it on-line as far as I know. If the product warranty is still in effect, you should be able to look it up on the show you placed the order with!
