Yes, the policies are in the Consultant Policy Guide on Consultant's Corner. I'd suggest doing the training if you have any questions after reading the policy guide.
 
The Online Training is MUCH more than just the policies. I've been able to use the training to do additional group training with my team, and to go over different scenarios and brainstorm ideas with them about using FB and other social media. It's good training - worth the time.
