Great! I am getting lots of good ideas. The fair has a "green" bent to it (outdoor at a Children's Farm) so I am bringing Bamboo, probably Stainless cookware (as opposed to Exec), microfiber towels, Suds Pump, and Outdoor Plates/Utensils, etc.
