Beginning Monday, June 23, you'll have a new, easy way to update declined payment cards and protect your customers' privacy at the same time.
If Shows are placed on hold due to declined payment cards, you'll receive an e-mail with the order number and a link to Consultant's Corner > Managing Your Business > My Shows > Resolve Declined Bank Cards. You can enter and submit updated card information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on this secure page.
Alternately, you can call the Solution Center at 1-888-OUR-CHEF during our normal business hours of 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday to resolve declined payment cards. Please do not submit card numbers via e-mail beginning June 23
