To celebrate its 30th birthday, PC is having a sweepstakes on its Facebook page to give away 7 new businesses. Go to the Join Us tab, and invite your potential recruits to enter. They will be asked if a Consultant invited them, and to list the name, so (hopefully) they'll be signed under you if they win (rather than signing as an HO lead).

When I read the rules it looks like to be in the drawing you cannot order your kit yet. But if you enter drawing & lose you then will be too late for the 50% off rebate.
