Pampered Chef Fundraiser Cookbook?

In summary, a delicious breakfast casserole made with sausage, egg, cheese, bell peppers, and biscuit can be made in a skillet. This recipe comes from the Pampered Chef Fundraiser Cookbook and is called the "Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bake." It includes instructions for making the casserole and is similar to the casserole described by Irene's friend.

A friend of mine made a breakfast casserole a while back that included sausage, egg, cheese, bell peppers, and biscuit as the base. I think it was made in a skillet, but not completely sure. It was so good! She said that it came from a Pampered Chef Fundraiser Cookbook(not a regular cookbook). Does this sound familiar to anyone? If so, can you please post the recipe for this breakfast casserole?

Thanks,
Irene
