Everything is cooked before the show. I offer a game show (a PC version of apples to apples) which is my preferred because I am just playing a game and it is just as much fun for me as for them .. or I offer a walk through the catalog where I highlight different categories of products (which I have listed on a cheat sheet in the order I want to do them and with their page numbers).

I overcame my fear of cooking shows by taking small steps and gradually exposing myself to them. I started by watching cooking shows at home and then attending cooking classes to gain confidence in my skills and techniques. Eventually, I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and volunteered to cook for a group of people, which helped me overcome my fear.
My biggest tip would be to practice and prepare beforehand. Knowing your recipe and techniques well can help boost your confidence. Also, try to focus on the positive aspects of being on a cooking show, such as sharing your skills and knowledge with others.
I learned to embrace my mistakes and use them as a learning opportunity. Making mistakes is a natural part of the cooking process, and it's important to not let them discourage you. I also reminded myself that the audience is there to learn from my mistakes and not to judge me.
Yes, I had a great support system from my family and friends. They encouraged me to face my fears and cheered me on during my cooking show appearances. I also joined a community of fellow cooks who were going through similar experiences, and we provided each other with support and motivation.
My advice would be to start small and take it one step at a time. Begin by recording yourself cooking at home and sharing the videos with friends and family. Once you feel more comfortable, you can consider applying for small cooking show opportunities or creating your own online cooking show. Remember to have fun and don't let fear hold you back from pursuing your passion for cooking.
