I just got home from an incredible party!
The host booked from a party in January. She told me she'd have between 8-10 people there this evening, and we were looking forward to a fun show.
At the beginning of my show, I always ask if there is anyone there who's never been to a Pampered Chef Show. Ummm, well, imagine my surprise when, EVERYONE, except the host and past host, raised their hand. I said "Did I say that right....I meant if you'd NEVER been to a PC party.
Yep, I'd said it right, and I was in a room with 8 people who'd NEVER been to a PC show before. WHAT A BLAST! They had so many questions, and wanted everything they saw....
I would have 8 bookings, except that 2 of them want to sign up to become consultants. I did book 2 shows - 1 April, and 1 May, and then I also helped one of the new recruits plan a date for her Grand Opening Show. The other one is a friend of hers, so I'm suggesting that she sign with her friend. The rest of the bookings will go to them, since it was their friends and relatives who wanted to book.
Incredible evening - and I LOVE my job!
And for all those worried about over-saturation, or bad economy - think again. I just had a party that's at over $500 in sales, and 8 bookings, with 2 new recruits. Business is GREAT!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
