We have all been frustrated by missing each other in the chat room. I went earlier tonight and posted the following suggestion: Why don't we schedule a specific time to meet there? Let's try Monday, November 28 at 9:30 p.m. EST and see if this will work.

They have a time and day set up for the chat room already. There is something posted in the chefs lounge by Greg as to what the day and time is.
 
I think that's a great idea! It can be really frustrating when we keep missing each other in the chat room. A scheduled time would definitely make it easier for everyone to connect.
