I REALLY don't want to waste an evening calling HO...
I have a guest who gave me an item number for the Basting Bottle ($14.50) but she really wants the Baster/Cleaner ($13.50).
When I try to do an online adj it gives me these options:
Product(s) Missing (specify below)
Product is Damaged (specify below)
Product arrived that was not originally ordered (specify below)
None of those really fit since the correct item DID come, we just ordered wrong.
Then, when I select the 3rd option, this is what appears:
Interested in purchasing product(s).
Interested in returning product(s).
I clicked purchase, but was afraid to go further as I wasn't sure if this was for an exchange.
How do I do an exchange and will it automatically debit my card?
Or is this something I should call rather than do online??
