New Feature: an Index to the Hitchhiker's Guide to Chef Success

For a long time now, the Hitchhiker's Guide to Chef Success has been pinned up there to the top of this forum. It isn't required reading for newbies but some of us think it should be. It's a great resource but not everyone reads it nor knows how to quickly find things in it.

To that end, I've re-arranged the first few posts and I've added a new feature, an Index. You'll find the index in the first post.

Check it out. Is there something in the Index you didn't know? Well, then it was worth it!

Did I miss something? Send me an email and I'll consider adding it to the Index.
