The New Director password is a unique password assigned to each new Director upon enrollment. This password is used to access the Director's website and important resources for building and managing your Pampered Chef business.
To reset your New Director password, go to the Director's website and click on the "Forgot Password" link. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you via email.
Yes, you can change your New Director password at any time by logging into the Director's website and clicking on the "Change Password" link. You will be asked to enter your current password and then create a new one.
If you forget your New Director password and no longer have access to the email associated with your account, please contact Customer Care for assistance. They will be able to help you reset your password.
Yes, your New Director password is case-sensitive. This means that uppercase and lowercase letters are treated differently, so be sure to enter your password exactly as it was assigned or changed.
