Hi,
I'm a new consultant and just booked a couple parties with a backyard BBQ type theme. Anyone have some ideas on easy to make salad recipes. I'm also looking for some grilling ideas for a couples party. The men are going to grill and the women are going to prepare a salad. Any suggestions???:chef:
 
The Strawberry Spinach Salad (look in the files) is awesome. Chicken breasts brushed with the garlic infused canola oil and sprinkled with a PC rub or seasoning can't be beat for easy and delicious. Men like "meat" though so chicken might not do it for them.​
