Need "No Cook" Idea for Moms Group

In summary, some easy, no-cook recipe ideas for Moms groups could include fruit and cheese platters, DIY sandwich bars, no-bake energy bites, and finger foods like hummus and pita chips. These options are also kid-friendly, budget-friendly, and allergy-friendly with suggestions such as peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, fruit and yogurt smoothies, and vegetarian platters. Other suggestions include cold sesame noodles, avocado toast, and rice paper rolls for those with specific dietary restrictions.

I will be doing a show for a Moms Group in their meeting room with limited kitchen facilites. I need ideas for "no cook" recipes that the ladies can help to prepare. This will be after lunchtime but before they have to pickup the older kids from school so it needs to be quick too.

I was thinking of the new Pineapple Salsa recipe with taco chips, the Veggie Ribbon salad from a few years ago, or the apple salsa with cinnamon chips (I can't remember where this recipe is from?).

Would doing the Potato/Cucumber demo be better? How about power cooking, but with limited kitchen facilites (no oven/stove), I may only be able to hand out the recipes?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions, Linda

The Stars and Stripes Trifle is no bake. I know it's more of a summer recipe, but it's so good...it's always a hit when I bring it to my MOPS group!

Ohhhh, the new Pineapple Salsa is so so good!

The new Tropical Torte is a no cook recipe too. That's really good if you are looking for a dessert.
