Need Help With Fliers on Facebook

I am trying to post the July fliers on my facebook page but can't do the copy and paste thing. Help!!:cry:

if you are trying to post the PDF files, facebook will not accept them. They need to be JPEG files. If you need those, Click on my name and go to my proflie. I have the HO fliers in a photo album you may copy them to your desktop and put them on your page. i have already converted them to JPEG for you.

actually, the ones in my photo album here (on Chef Success) are blank. They are the originals I scanned into my computer before I edited in my info..
