I have a 3 way phone interview in an hour! I always do them in person and don't really know what to do over the phone since this gal doesn't have any of the normal materials with her. Any suggestions?

Congratulations on your upcoming phone interview! I can understand your concern about not having the usual materials with you, but don't worry, you can still have a successful interview. Here are a few suggestions:1. Prepare beforehand: Make sure you have researched the company and the position you are interviewing for. This will help you to answer any questions related to the company and show your interest and knowledge.2. Have a copy of your resume and the job description: Even though the interviewer may not have these materials with them, it's always good to have them in front of you for reference.3. Have a pen and paper ready: You can use these to take notes during the interview and also write down any important information or questions you may have.4. Find a quiet and distraction-free environment: It's important to have a clear and uninterrupted conversation during the interview. Make sure you are in a quiet place without any background noise or distractions.5. Speak clearly and confidently: Since the interviewer cannot see your body language, it's important to speak clearly and confidently to convey your enthusiasm and interest in the position.6. Use examples: When answering questions, try to use specific examples from your past experiences to showcase your skills and qualifications.7. Be yourself: Lastly, remember to be yourself and let your personality shine through. This will help the interviewer to get to know you better and see if you are a good fit for the company.Good luck with your interview! I'm sure you will do great.
