My Hubby and I Are Just Getting Ready to Start Our Taxes and I Was

In summary, the deadline for filing taxes is typically April 15th, and you will need to gather all relevant financial documents before starting your taxes. If you are married, you can file jointly or separately, and it is recommended to calculate both ways to determine the best option for your tax liability. To maximize tax deductions, keep track of all deductible expenses and consider consulting with a professional or using tax software. Filing taxes late may result in penalties and interest.

My hubby and I are just getting ready to start our taxes and I was wondering if we get anything from PC, like a T5 or anything? I just started in August of 2005 so I don't know

Tax receiptDon't get anything. So add them up! I hate tax time!

As an independent consultant for Pampered Chef, you will receive a 1099 form from the company if you have earned more than $600 in commissions and bonuses for the year. This form will report your earnings and you will need to report this income on your personal tax return. The 1099 form is typically mailed out by the end of January, so be on the lookout for it in your mailbox. If you have any questions about your specific tax situation, it's best to consult with a tax professional.
