Is it possible? I opened my package of bamboo spoons and one of them has a green tint covering the back of the spoon!:( It looks kinda gross. It's not on the outside of the spoon, it's embedded inside! I'm sending it back but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I have never seen anything like that. I wonder if it's something from the bamboo? The bamboo is green and maybe the bamboo didn't get bleached enough? Okay, just grasping here...

Yes, it is possible for bamboo spoons to have a green tint. This can happen if the bamboo is not properly dried and treated before being made into a spoon. It could also be caused by mold or algae growing on the bamboo. It is important to properly clean and dry bamboo kitchen utensils after use to prevent any mold or algae growth. If you notice a green tint on your bamboo spoon, it is best to stop using it and contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
