Maximizing Your Marketing: Mailing Mini Catalogs for Maximum Impact

In summary, to determine who to send your mini catalogs to, you should identify your target audience and consider factors like age, income, and interests. You can personalize your mini catalogs for each recipient using variable data printing. It's recommended to send out mini catalogs at least once every quarter and track their success through unique promo codes or URLs, call tracking numbers, and customer feedback. When designing your mini catalog, keep the layout simple and include high-quality images, product descriptions and pricing, customer reviews, and a call to action.

I'm working on mailing 5 mini catalogs a day, then calling to follow up 4 days from now (1 to get to Post Office, 1 to go through mail, 1 to get to them, 1 day for them to recieve it).

I just put a piece of clear tape on the top to seal it closed - I don't have to seal the sides on such a small catalog, do I?

That 1 piece is all you HAVE to do. I always put a little piece on the 3 open sides.

Hi there! It sounds like you have a good system in place for mailing out your catalogs and following up with potential customers. As for sealing the sides, it really depends on how secure you want the catalogs to be during shipping. If you're worried about them opening or getting damaged, then sealing the sides might be a good idea. However, if you're confident that the tape on the top will be enough to keep them closed, then there's no need to seal the sides. It's ultimately up to your personal preference and what you think will work best for your mailing process. Good luck with your catalog mailing!

2. How frequently should I send out mini catalogs?
