Marinating Party Fajitas: Overnight or Less?

In summary, for the best results, it is recommended to marinate fajitas for at least 4 hours, but they can be marinated for as little as 30 minutes. It is also possible to marinate them overnight for maximum flavor. A delicious marinade can be made using lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and cilantro. It is important to refrigerate the fajitas while marinating to prevent bacteria growth. Marinated fajitas can also be frozen for up to 2 months and thawed before cooking.

I have the Party Fajitas recipe but I was wondering how long do I let them marinade? Is it better to do over night?

I would do it at least a half hour to 45 minutes. If you can marinate overnight, even better. (IMHO)

Will you share the recipe?
