Looking for "Money" That I Can Give to Team as a Reward

In summary, the best way to reward your team with "money" is through incentives or bonuses based on performance. Each company may have their own guidelines on the amount of "money" that can be given as a reward. "Money" can be given as a reward for non-sales related tasks and the frequency should be balanced to avoid it becoming expected. Alternative options for rewarding your team include extra paid time off, team building activities, or company products/services.

Hi

I would like to award some Monopoly money to team members to recognize acheivements.

The idea is they save it for quarterly silent auctions that I will hold where they can bid on products and supplles.

Does anyone have "cluster bucks" or something that could be sent as an email attachment.

Diane

My HD and her Director (who do meetings together) used to do ribbons, which are redeemable for cash at any time. They just recently switched to just good old US currency. It's nice to have cash in hand. :D

Our cluster does "bricks". We can use them at the occasional auctions for a 1 brick=$1 value for products/supplies or we can save them up and redeem them for 1 brick=$.025 cash to spend at Conference. It looks like they just found a little clip art of some bricks.

Hi Diane,Thank you for sharing your idea of using Monopoly money as a reward for your team members. It's always great to find creative ways to recognize and motivate our team members. As a Pampered Chef consultant, I have access to our "Pampered Bucks" program which is a similar concept to what you are looking for. These Pampered Bucks can be earned by team members for achieving certain goals or milestones and can be redeemed for products and supplies. I would be happy to share more information about this program with you and see if it could work for your team.Alternatively, you could also create your own "cluster bucks" using a template or design software and send them as email attachments. This would also give you the flexibility to customize the rewards and bidding options for your quarterly auctions.I hope this helps and I'm excited to hear more about your silent auctions and how you plan to recognize your team members. Keep up the great work!
